Watching it now. Forgot how breathtaking the low-level aerial scenes through the Scottish hills were, and the beautiful sound of the twin-engine Mosquitos. Great movie if you've never seen it or haven't seen it in awhile.

I found a dvd of it, you want a copy. I cant say
for sure but i think i can make one.
If you could that would be terrific. Many thanks.
The storyline is the bombing of a Nazi heavy water facility tucked away in a Norwegian fiord. The Mosquitos must make tight runs up the fiord between narrow, steep mountains and bomb a rock overhang above the Nazis and bring it down on them. They practice in Scotland for the mission. Outstanding aerial footage, and, yes, the sound of those twin Merlins make me chub.

If that works, I would be glad to pay the cost of burning and shipping one to Indiana if you didn't mind.

Much of the same footage as "633" with some of "Operation Crossbow" thrown in for good measure.
It too is available on DVD
Should I make this my "223" give away?
That movie was based on a true story but 633 Squadron was not.
all packaged up guy.
hope you enjoy.
Thanks, JL!
