    The link provided addresses the possibility that Justic Scalia is writing a plurality decision.

    If the source is credible, a plurality decision was one that I did not anticipate.

    Most likely, this type of decision will strike down the D.C. Law. However, I believe the opinion will be tightly worded so that cities, states and federal laws will not be able to control guns to the extent that D.C. attempts, but will be allowed some discretion with regard to regulation of guns.

    My stomach feels like I have taken a swift kick in the gut.
