This is from Wikipedia's article on the catastrophy going on down there. It's a cross-section of the city, including its levees. No wonder they're having such a rough time of it.

    Did you see the satellite photos on the news last night? Before and after pics of the city? Looks just like the area hit by the tsunami. Blue where there isn't supposed to be any blue!
