Burps smell like hard boiled eggs.

For a couple of days I've been burping this sulpherous bowels of Hell stink and I haven't had any eggs in weeks. Also my belly's been gurgling with pockets of air or gas. What the Hell is going on in my body? Do I have worms?

    My son just had the same problem. Try mixing a tea spoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it.

    Many things can cause this-diets of red meat,high protein,med side effect,alcohol,carbonated drinks, certain bacteria among other things.
    Moderate your meals, if that doesn't work, you know what to do next.

    Sulfites/sulfides...do you have "Beano"? Would have helped. Something you ate had Sulfur compounds...

    Heard of a man one time that had similar symptoms. Turned out that he was belching hydrogen sulfide gas caused by a stomach ulcer.[xx(]

    Bacteria is dead / dieing in your stomach, eat a yogurt, it helps to replace the good bacteria that you need to replace.

    Those are so much fun.

    Unlike farts, a burp can be quietly directed to an area or group of people.

    Last time i had the egg burps i was sitting in a gym full of people.
    One carefull blow of egg burp placed by a crowd of people made lots of entertainment.

    I had a similar complaint a long time ago. Doc diagnosed it as gastroenteritis, and put me on clear liquids for two weeks. Broth and Jello. Two weeks. I got over it though.

    Yup got the diabetes and the numbers been typical since the med combo got figured.

    cahas - I've cut the red meat out and been on almost pescaterian diet. I sneak in pork since it's like chicken with 4 legs [:D]. I did look and saw that the bacterias might've been dying so I've been eating couple of cups of yogurt. Being somewhat lactose intolerant my butt is funky fresh. The world should be thankful I work nights with little super vision.

    HandLoad - Wouldn't know where I got sulfites/sulfides in my eats since I don't drink wine. And the eats I did have I don't think had sulfites/sulfides. But I guess it's like corn syrup it's in everything?

    TangoSierra - Don't think I got a stomach ulcer. I might've agreed with you earlier this month when I was puking my guts out.

    HeavyBarrel - So what was it?

    Well it might've passed since I don't have the sulpher burps now.

    I wasn't feeling bad other than the stank burps. Now I still need to go through about 8 more cups of yogurt. I hope my old toliet can take the punch.
