    Kali's gun owners sure don't.
    Even with the millions of dollars this lawsuit will cost, it's fair to predict that the NRA will still be trashed by non-members for not "doing something" earlier, and without their financial support.

    The precedent set by the FFL/NIC system is going to make this a tough one on both 2nd Amendment and Commerce Clause grounds. I applaud the effort and a positive ruling on either front may pave the way to meaningful liberty oriented reforms.

    Congress and Trump could grow some and pass legislation citing the Commerce and Supremacy Clauses and force a higher court battle as well. It would be risky given the current environment and election year tactics, but may pay off as well.
    Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.
