World's most underrated movie...

This flic is astonishing...

"STEALTH"

Wow!!

At some point in time I must have programmed my DVR to grab this movie.
Anyway, it captured it this morning, and I am now out-of-breath from watching it.

Its' special effects are as cutting-edge for today as "Blade Runner's" were for 25 years ago. It even has a decent plot and a very sexy woman.

If you enjoy high tech, action adventure, sci-fi, war stuff, you have GOT to see this one.

Simply amazing !!

I wouldn't even put that movie on the same shelf as "Blade Runner". The movie was basically "Short Circuit" (Johnny 5[:D]) in an airplane format. As for special effects I seen cars park themselves, that was more immpressive[:D]. Honestly with all the programs to do the special effects of today, come on.

Jessica isn't bad looking but something about her nose kind a throws things off. Yeah I'm picky like that 'cos I don't want ugly babies[:D].

... has to be Godzilla Versus Mothra. The acting is supurb, the cinematigraphy is glorious. The actor playing Godzilla was robbed at the Acadamy Awards. Nobody before or since has stomped Tokyo with as much realism and passion. I laughed[:D], I cried[:(]. See it today and you'll agree.

I vowed never to watch it.

Many of the scenes were filmed on board the Stennis when we were out on a work up, the crew and their b.s. took up an entire hangar bay of the boat. The star (Jessica Alba?) had an Army of private security around her, she would not interact with the crew in anyway, and they would close off sections of the ship at a moments notice.

Nope, that movie will not get my money!

get the latest DVD version of "Blade Runner", remastered and digitally cleaned up, to really appreciate how good of a movie it was.

I saw the movie, I guess when I look back on it the CGI was pretty cool but I hate to admit, I have gotten used to that by now and I am back to looking for good acting and a good script with a great story.
This one was OK in that way, Kinda reminded me of 2001 or any other movie where machines built to help man turn on him (I ROBOT). Luckily those movies don't come along so often that the theme gets old

    Dave,

    You never told me !!

Soooo, did you get to drive one of the stealthy planes around ?? Could you see it well enough to find 'em on a rainy, windy flight deck ??

I dint even know we had bombs like that "imploder" one. Must have been really secret !!

And the new gun that can shoot bullets that will catch up with a Mach 5 airplane !! Holy Moley !!

No wonder you still can't even talk about stuff.

Are you gonna get in truble for talking, or is the REALLY new stuff so much better that it doesn't matter ??

    We need to talk.

Hope you guys have a great day.

    Dad

One of my favorite underappreciated movies - Local Hero with Peter Riegert and Burt Lancaster. You need a "dry" sense of humor to really appreciate it, but I think that it is hilarious.

I did get the super duper deluxe version. I even got the six disc with the case and not just the five disc edition.

"Boondock Saints" was a funny movie (good St. Paddy's day movie).

Also Hudson Hawk was a good movie. Now "Ishtar" that is what all movies should be[:D].

Yeah "Mean Guns" was funny. Had the great actor like Christopher Lambert (Conner McCloud).

"Nomads" which I haven't seen since the '80's.

I'd like to track down "Unholy" (Ben Cross).
