This was announced months ago. Ford?s CEO has recently announced that the Fusion is being terminated.
Well the Chocolate Jesus is out so why play nice with the EPA? 428 in everything. Even in Ford Flex (it's the only current Ford I know). All hail gas guzzlers. Kind a wanna watch "Mad Max" now [:D].
Fusion Hybrids.
We gifted our 2017 to family, Then we bought a 2020 for $20k with 800 miles on the counter.
My wife drove the '17 from Delta County to Vail and back and got 51. But typical is 41 MPG.
And we are on our second Chevy Volt. Fantastic. Has a 3 cyl gas backup which is quite fast, and it get 42 on Regular.
It is a 2016 Premier and with the electric range ( 45-62 miles depending on time of year ) our 38 mile round trip for shopping uses no gas, and $1.35 of electricity. Gas amounts to 5 gallons a month, and the combined MPGe is 149 lifetime. No range anxiety.
@MBK I remember 5-6 years ago when you first went to an electric car this forum was pretty hard on you for that.
Im beginning to recognize forward thinking more every day.
