Those Dogs are lucky. They are puppies still if they were born on 4 July. I would have got them in the house ASAP.

That cat looks like it might be 60#'s and I think that might be stretching it.

Not even half grown. Young male that mom ran out of her territory. Probably half starved and looking for an easy meal of dog, cat, or kid.
