For me its scrambled eggs, topped off with salt and pepper, oregano, and romano cheese, thick cut bacon from the butcher, not the store, and hot black coffee. [:)]

My breakfast: corned beef hash and fried eggs served over white rice and corn.

Night shifts can turn your world upside down.

That looks like a yankee breakfast. If the eggs don't have gravy and biscuits with them then it ain't breakfast. [;)]

The only reason why biscuits and gravy came about this because the southerners couldn't figure out how to make Scottish shortbread soft so it always turned out hard. The gravy made the biscuits (shorttbread they messed up) soft enough to eat...[;)][:D][:D]

Good boy, I see you salt and peppered your eggs after you cook them. So many people don't realize that salting your eggs before they cook makes them rubbery...

Looks VERY yummy to me Neo![:p]

The homemade corned beef hash is soooo much better than that canned stuff!! The only extra I would need to make it perfect is just a bit of ketchup! [:D][:p]

I know, a French chef would be chasing me around the kitchen with his butcher knife for saying that![:0]

    Yum
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

Looks great. However, not putting the eggs on top of the hash to help absorb the yolks is pure dumdassness.....[;)] I'd say enjoy, but it's really too late for that..[:D]

Doesn't matter what you have, it's breakfast so it's all good. Eggs, bacon, bacon, and more bacon, ham, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, corn muffins slathered in butter, throw some more bacon in there. DROOL DROOL!!!

As much as I like biscuits and gravy, could probably live on the stuff!

Probably not a healthy choice for every day but at my age, kind of thinking who the heck cares anymore![:p]

With the addition of homemade corned beef hash (and a ketchup bottle) I would be in po po nirvana![:D]

Not to be picky, but I believe it is Dumbassedness. [:0][B)][:D]

Nice looking breakfast. I'm up at 4:30 AM, out the door for my hour drive to work by 4:50 AM. Usually eat a snack on morning break at 8:30 AM. Even the fast food joints are closed when I'm passing by. [V]

Yesterday, it was Loco Moco: big scoop of sticky rice, topped with a Burger patty, Onion Brown Gravy, and Two Cackleberries...

Today, it was a Big Dutch Baby, with Chunky Cinnamon AppleSauce, Plenty Coffee.

I skip breakfast more often than I eat it but on Sundays I make exceptions.

This morning I had a craving for American fried potato's and a couple of over easy eggs. I do like to add chopped onions to my taters as they fry but opted not to today, on account that I might be sharing a very small portion with my best buddy Corky the wonder dog.[:)]

Anyway, I used half butter and half olive oil and got them nice and crispy. Did the eggs in the same slippery pan.
Instead of using regular ketchup, I had this bottle of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup by Red Gold on hand.

    It was very good stuff!![:p]
