Bing Crosby masonry renovation

Hey guys- Thought this was pretty cool. I just picked up a masonry renovation for Bing Crosby's summer home over in Hayden Lake, ID. His grandson "flip" Crosby runs the estate.
Not too fancy a place but really cool and all original form the time that he spent time here. The pictures on the walls, the appliances, you name it. It feels like Bing is gonna come around the corner singing White Christmas. They rent the place out by the week/day? in the summer.

Neat! Do they need a tile or hardwood floor guy??[;)] I could use the boat as a tool trailer and we could do some fishin', after hours, of course.
That'd be nice! The whole interior appears just as was left back in maybe a 60's update. Right down to the furniture. I believe his family built this back in the 40's?
I must say that the masons that did the work here were top notch.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Is the patio all stone also?
And what about those walls? I've never seen logs done that way. Or is it log siding?

Having seen a few photos of your work, I'm quite sure you'll do 'em proud.[;)]

Thanks, I'm doing my best and it is going good so far.
I love the look of that.

Yeah, The entire patio is this blue granite, The cottage is half-log siding with full logs on the corners and some type of cedar soffits. This home is well built and in great shape for it's age.
I love Restore/Renovations. They always tell a tale of the craftsmen. This place is very well built!

Or the tale of the crack pot who's mess you have to try and clean up! You can definitely tell whether or not somebody cared about their job when you go tearing into one of those old places. When do you start on the project?
