Along the lines of Lasagne.
Only Tex-Mex.
Browned ground beef. Salt and pepper. Diced onions and home grown diced hot peppers in with meat while browning. Drain.
Pyrex baking dish. Layer soft corn tortillas with ground beef, onions and hot peppers mixture, shredded Sharp cheddar, Pepper jack cheese mixture, Spicy Ranchero style refried beans, gunnut505's green chili dust and red Chipotle chili dust added per layer.
Pour Cheesy Con Queso sauce over mixture.
Bake at 350* for 40-50 minutes. Add shredded cheese mixture over top 10-15 minutes before removing from oven.
Top with fresh diced garden tomato's, fresh diced garden hot peppers, onions, sour cream, Salsa, home made Guacamole, and more gunnut505's green chili dust, red Chipotle chili dust and finely shredded lettuce.
I'm sure I can come up with a few more ingredients to round it out.
Suggestions??
(Okay, helpful suggestions.)

I Grew Old Too Fast (And Smart Too damn Slow !!!) !!! :?
I like Stoffers. Much easier and just as good.
Try Banquet. Much cheaper. (Same red box.) [:p]
You should be fine.
(And) It's Stouffer's. [:0]
I'm on the way! I'll bring Beer!
You'd be welcomee Brother, even without the beer. [:D]
i make one similar sometimes with tamales and no bean chili, i also use hard corn shells or chips because some gets soft while cooking and some dont and adds some crunch
I was hoping you would weigh in, 1911-a1 fan.
I've made this with hard shell, Tostitos, etc Not with soft corn tortillas, layered etc.
I'm gonna give this a try.
Off to the store, for all the final ingredients I need. [:D]
My mouth is salivating, in anticipation.
I love me some Tacos, etc.
Lived in El Paso back in the 60's. OMG, I love me some spicy, Tex-Mex food.
Could eat it every day.
Next best is Seafood. [:D]
LOVE me some Seafood. [:0]
Stouffers has that?
No.
Ricci has Stoffers.
Nothing close to what I'm making.
Your recipe sounds good but I'd have to have it with a hard shell or over chips versus the soft shell.
I've always done a version of this over Tostitos hard shell chips.
I'm gonna go more elaborate, layer it with the soft shell corn tortillas, other ingredients and go with God.
He has always been good to me.
Just got back from the grocery store. $202 later. [:0][B)][xx(]
I always go in for "just a few things."
I've not been in a while. Stocked up.
Diced Tomato's?
Ricotta cheese?
Pork rinds?
Come on guys, nothing??
Tuna fish or sardines maybe??? Maybe some Rotel though....[;)]
While I love Tuna fish, and Sardines.
I am not in love with them in a Tex-Mex recipe.
You apparently have "issues" Todd. [xx(][:D]
I'd advise you, to please, seek psychological help.
Not only is Stoffers good and easy you also get a nice tin serving dish that you can wear as a hat in case of an emergency.
They stopped with the tins a long time ago! [;)]
