REally cool.
Their is a bear staring into the water,right now.He looks a bit bewildered but,I'm sure it knows what it's doing.

I saw a picture recently of an interesting hybrid. They call it a brolar bear, a mix of a brown with a polar. Big sucker. Wouldn't want to be out hiking when he is nearby, and hungry. [:)]

Fish are going crazy right now. I see a lot of them make the jump up the falls!

sometimes 4-5 salmon in the air at one time!! And a big old Bear waiting for just the right one!!

Nature is simply amazing, how it drives, compels those fish to jump up the falls. As a kid I used to go to a Herring Run in Brewster Mass. It wasn't as dramatic as this, but they still had to swim and jump up the "ladders" to get to the breeding pond.

I have fished there many times - there is no fishing for 100 yards above and below the falls, but then it is OK. It can get pretty exciting when you are in the middle of the river and you can count 10 or 12 bears all around you!
