Good times. Fell and busted my head.Lot of blood. Cops showed up at my door to do a welfare check. All good. If I'm gong to get hurt, it best be somewhere besides my head.

    We HAVE NO POWER and lost most of my trees.It looks like a war zone at least for the trees. We are staying with inlaws that have power. we are some of the lucky ones. I,ll post photos when we get back in our house.That may be a few days. My job is down also. I got to say though there are many more in worse shape.

    well then inside time best used by writing another neat old tale ..my aunt wrote several local history books with the paper editor back then and one on family history...neat ..otherwise so much is lost

    Well, I survived the night! No women offering TLC, though. Got up this morning, and discovered that my head was only one of the things I landed on. My * and elbow seem to have taken part of the impact away from my head. Just glad that I didn't open the door for that deputy in underwear and an AR. Might have had to impose on some of you all for bail money!

    hell, you can either laugh about it, or cry about it, and I'd much rather laugh.

    Get a pair of yaktrax I think is the name slip over boots or shoes got a pair years ago for 3 bucks you cant even believe the difference they make.

    found some neat rubber stretchy gizmos with short cleats on the bottom that pull over your shoes or boots...grip boot spikes ...e--- i think ...cheap ...work great
