Did anybody notice they weren't indicted by a Florida Grand Jury, they were indicted by a "Citizens" Florida Grand Jury. Basically that means it is a symbolic act, not a legal indictment. If these clowns try to enforce their indictment and take them to trial before a "Citizens" court, they will find themselves making little rocks out of big rocks.
There is a convoluted logic, which if you can follow it and you've had a six-pack or three, and you really, really want to be a believer, you can make yourself see the legality of the action. When it's all said and done, it's just another cow cookies story.

Well, sort of. For all practical purposes it is a joke, except the people doing it believe it.
In a way it's a little like the "sovereign citizens" without the shooting every third person they meet. [:D]

You ask a simple question which requires a one word answer, but I'm going to dodge your question and while I'm tap-dancing around it I'll answer something you didn't ask.
I believe Barrack Hussein Obama is an enemy of the United States of America. I believe Barrack Hussein Obama is a Marxist. I believe Barrack Hussein Obama believes his own cow cookies. I believe Barrack Hussein Obama believes he loves the United States of America. I believe he believes he has to destroy the United States in order to make it the place he thinks it should be and can be.
Obama recently made a joke about when he and Donald Trump were growing up in Kenya. He got a laugh from the audience because they assumed he grew up in Hawaii. Anyone who knows anything about Obama knows he didn't grow up in Kenya or Hawaii. He grew up in Indonesia. Indonesia is where he was indoctrinated in communism and the Koran. He may or may not still be a Muslim and he may or may not have been born in Hawaii. Both are irrelevant. He spent his formative years in Indonesia where he formed his core beliefs, and none of that will ever change.
I believe Obama is an intelligent man and I don't believe he does anything by mistake or as somebody's puppet [except his late mother]. It's all part of his plan to test his theories of "new socialism".
None of the above has didly squat to do with the legitimacy of a "citizens" grand jury. You and I can get together and find ten more rednecks and call ourselves a "`citizens' grand jury" and we will have the exact same thing as the Florida "citizens" grand jury.
For the record, I couldn't care less whether Obama does what he does from malice or incompetence. Same result.
