If they passed a law that said at a pre-determined date (known only to Ernst & Ernst drawing), between 30 & 60 days prior to a presidential election, ALL CAMPAIGNING MUST CEASE PERIOD. No ads, no speeches, no travel, no communication at all and all money in the campaign coffers had to be turned over to some "feed the hungry" program or some really worthy charity (i.e. St Jude's Childrens Hosptial, etc).........
Imagine, not a peep for 35-60 days before the election and then let's see how the media likes it??????? Imagine not having to reach for the Pepto-Bismol every night when the campaign ads come on during your favorite football game or show??
