    It's 0930, getting ready to go to Bozeman. Need to take my bow up to the archery shop off Jackrabbit Lane to see if the man can do as he says and revive my Reflex bow. Then I'm heading down to the music store on the east end of main street to get my Gibson restrung. You and the Mrs up for coffee? 599-0034, I'll be out of cell service for awhile till I get to Four Corners.

    I touched base with your son last week and savage170 and myself are to meet up with him Tuesday morning for coffee or breakfast. Hope they are having a good time as the weather has been perfect.

    Bud, we may strike out this year with the elk down here. That herd suffered some major harrassment like being chased with vehicles. Two days ago they was on the ranch next to me, I watched as ranch hands took two vehicles and sent them off thier property right into the mountains. I don't think they will be back and if they do come back they are super skittish. Glad I got a deer and antelope! [:p]

    Hey, I am looking at a 10' jon boat with trolling motor on CL that is in Bozeman.
    If I were to buy it, be any possibility to leave it at your place until I can come up and get it on 11-June?
    I don't get back to the world until 9-June.
    I would ask Lonnie, as it would save me some mileage, but not sure if he is home or if he will be making a trip to Bozeman.

    I see you're in the market for a truck and thought I would pass along something I do with a used vehicle from a dealer. I will copy the vin # and have a LEO buddy run the number to find the former owner. I then give the owner a call and ask their thoughts on the condition of the car. They don't own the car anymore and will usually give you the straight scoop. Good luck, Ricci.

    I noticed you said you don't go into Sportsmans warehouse or whatever it is called these days. I'm curious about gun shops in the Bozeman area. Other than that place the only other "gun shops" I've found in Bozeman are the pawn shops and I'll keep my opinions to myself about them after I found a $1500 WASR AK in one of them!!

    I know the gun shop in 4 Corners has closed, I go to the archery shop just up the road from them on Jack Rabbit Lane. They seem pretty decent and go my bow back in operating condition, getting ready to go prong horn hunting this fall [:D]

    I go to Shedhorn several times a week checking the used gun racks for deals and just yesterday I found out how friendly they are to regular customers. Not on the shelves for others to see but behind the gun counter reserved for regulars was a case of 22LR! 1 brick each as he didn't have many but I was glad he offered me a brick, gophers beware!!

    Forgot to add, there is a new Starbucks at the Home Depot! No more fighting traffic trying to get into Safeway where the other Starbucks is! [:D]
