Well I have 10.5 hours of waiting yet to go.I've been trying to purchase the garage property where I'm currently working for 2 months now.Come 9am I will know if I'm back in the hole again.I sure hope everything goes well cause it will make my life alot easier.I'm currently operating the shop for someone else,whereas they get the money and I deal with the head aches.Only crappy part is that my first mortgage was down to 5500,come tommarrow I my be in the hole for 170,000.

James,I sure do to your reply.I've spent over 15 years working at this garage for someone else and living payday to payday,while they spent money like water.I have alot of great customers that are giving me support,even in these rough economic times.Well I guess I'm down to 3 hours to go yet,feels like days.

Thanks for the good luck wishes.Yea Jim one hundred and seventy thousand dollars is alot to say compared to a million or billion dollars huh.Oh well at least I have a payment I can easeley afford.
