everytime I hear this girl sing, I am mesmerized by her voice. Three years ago, for my birthday, my daughter took me to a concert by her here in the foothills. She opened with "Over the Rainbow" a capella. The entire show was just her and her guitar. It was pure magic. My daughter and I chuckled about two separate generations being in love with the same singer. It was a nite I'll never forget, partly because of Jewel and partly because of my daughter. Anyway, Jewel is right at the top of my list. Thanks for the post.

Last time I heard Garth sing his voice had changed, and not for the good. Wife noticed it first, really off, we thought.
