Wood Workers Question

I'm looking for a unfinished oak table top. 24" x 60" and 1 3/4" to 2 1/2" thick. McMaster has a 30x60 but has a liquor finish and I would have to cut & waste 6" plus strip the finish. Anyone know of a supplier?

Check at your local Home Depot, they have tops like that at mine, they are on shelf where they sell the oak boards, they are laying horizontal on the shelf.

sounds like your going to a girly bar, with liquor finish and stripping while wasting 6 inches

If I was building that here where I work It would cost you right around 250 at 1-3/4" thick unfinished, but the shipping would kill you

Piece of bowling ally? Jeff, there are lots of places in Indy that could make up that size. Call Rocklers on the north side, they can point you to someone, or Winner Woodworking on the south side.
