Very nice. What does the writing on the insert label say? Is the knife as old as the case? Any sheath?

It says inside the case -
"By Appointment of H.R.M. the Duke of Edinburgh, Rifle Makers"
"HOLLAND & HOLLAND"
"Limited"
"33 Bruton Street, London WI"

I have no Idea of the age but the knife and case fit together - no sheath.... Thanks!!!
