I'd like to see some working guns. Not safe queens, but firearms that get used on a regular basis.
This H&R looks rough but shoots great. Got it cheap at a local show and it's a hoot to shoot.
This Trooper has lost much of its finish but it functions perfectly.
I don't know how long that Texas cop carried this Heavy Duty, but despite the worn appearance the action is smooth as glass. I took high revolver at a combat match with it a few years back.

16 gauge Husqvarna Mod 20 made in 1912. The jury is still out, but it may replace my A5 for dove.
Nice underlever, now that is what a shotgun is supposed to look like. Namly a double barrel SXS with dual triggers and a english stock. The underlever and hammers a a great bonus, just beautiful

Fast becoming a favorite this 444 Marlin

Played around years ago reloading for it. When I 1st bought mine all you could get was a 280Just looked them up Must have been 265 Gr bullet for it. Was like shooting a Mortar.
So I loaded up some 240 Gr. It shot much better and was good out past 200 Yards. At 100 yards it was dead on and very accurate.

Not that pretty anymore but it does sing a great tone.
I like to keep my Trooper close by.

I have my eye on a couple 4" troopers in just that condition...might buy one with the lawman grips because they're cheaper then put stags or colt wood grips on it.
I could find a more appropriate vehicle to mount that on other than a Dodge Charger!! You don't even have a hatch to access it while in motion. That's a silly set up! [:D][;)]
Got this 500 about 20 years ago. It was a trade in from an armored car company. Very simple, very reliable, nothing fancy. This is my "the zombies are at the door" piece.
Been getting it done since 1894. Popular with hunters, cops, prison guards, anyone who needs lightweight, fast handling 30 caliber power. It doesn't get any more American gun than this.
Bought this new in 1979 and it remains just the way Colt made it.

I'll add a couple long guns.

The Truck gun Iver Johnson stainless M1 carbine

This one is a custom rebuild Rem 700, 28" Douglass barrel, removeable brake, custom stock made for me chambered in 7MM Rem Ultra Mag. It's killed 3 deer and one elk. Shoot like a dream.
This is my current carry gun, it replaced a Llama 40 S&W. Kimber ,45
This is my new door pouch truck gun, Rossi .357.
I have one other workhorse that is a true workhorse but right now I dont have any pics of it. Dan Wesson 8" .22 that I bought from Interstatepawn here on GB many moons ago. That gun lived in the truck, went on many * hunts, tons of small game and anything else that required a .22. Poor thing isnt shiny any more, looks like hell but is reliable as it gets AND it will kill soda cans at 50 yards with ease [:D]
I'll also have my new 1911 but I have posted enough pics of it for a while.
Standard-issue Mossy 500/Maverick 88 in 12 ga, nuthin fancy but it works. Soon it will be my truck gun, with the addition of a stock, while my 590 that is currently collecting dust in the safe will be promoted to the house gun. The 500 will join a cheap single-shot .22, a 30-06 bolt, and a .357 Manglem that also live in the truck. Gonna hafta graduate from a 30 cal ammo can to a 50 to hold all the new ammo!
Don't have postable pix handy of my other guns.
And my carry Sig:
And the home defense backup:

You take the best pictures. I wish I could and sometimes try but always fail. Don
But you aren't seeing the 20 or so that didn't turn out...

WOW!!! I'm impressed!!!!
These are "daily shooters"?????
HOLY CRAP...I AM NOT WORTHY!!
'Daily' is a stretch, but all get taken out a few times a year.[:)]
The 1903 with the Air Service Magazine is always a big hit. It is obviously not an original Air Service 1903, but it is a 1918 receiver and barrel, so it is about as close to original as I will ever be able to do.
I also take the Krags out regularly.
The one on the left is S/N 172, manufactured in 1894. It sees 20-odd rounds a year for the simple reason that I love to shoot it.
Looking forward to 2018 if I make it that long. Two of the 1903s and four 1917s will turn 100 years old, and we will celebrate their century with M2 ball and a few good folks.

Nice collection, thanks for posting. My next 3 purchases in order are Carbine, Garand, and 1903.
I've got several S&Ws, but this 18-2 .22 is my go to plinker.
