in honor of the "pigs"

think i'm going to make a pork rind meatloaf, replace the breadcrumbs with crushed pork rinds, among adding other ingredients





saw a movie, a lady offered someone her "famous pork rind cassarolle" i thought, how gross, then got curious and looked up a few recipes, and was surprised they didn't sound bad at all





edit: no implication of any slang being discussed [:D]

    I know when they soak up juices they get like sea cucumber jiggy wiggly.

    the isea is to crush them, and replace bread crumbs



    it turned out ok, i'm not happy with it as i thought i would be, the pork rinds where ok, i just need to tweak a few other ingredients
