Doesn't it make you warm and fuzzy thinking of all the funds coming in from all the Countries/Nations we helped during a crisis. Those losing everything due to Harvey will always remember the good other people do when needed

I am sure there are a lot of country's who look on this disaster as karma for the US.

Most of those same country's would not even survive a year without our help.

The US is hated in many places and by many people.

Maybe they are more concerned about the millions displaced and 1,200 dead in Southeast Asia. I understand why Texas is in the news, but our issues, while significant, would rate second to this on the world stage.
