BR and I checked the laws in several states and they are the same as here in Florida,, if you get into a mess like we got over the bike, look up your state laws on Repairs and Estimates.. and if they refuse to release your car, bike or what ever, go to your court house, post a bond in the amount of the repairs, get a release, take the law with ya, and get your sturr, then the repair shop, or person, has to take ya to court and prove his case, before he can get the money..In most states, estimates overrun cannot exceed 10% or a max of 100.00 bucks, here in Florida its 10% or 50.00 bucks..I can post some of the websites that give ya this info ifn ya need....
