Gamo Whisper NOT

I am putting a new steel roof on my barn, and wanted a pigeon gun that wont put holes in the tin, so I thought one of those Gamo Whipser one cock air rifles might fit the bill.
Seems I made two mistakes.
1. This gun is as loud as a 22. I don't know where they get off calling it a "Whisper"!
2. It has too much power. I was sighting it in with a target taped to a new 55 gallon drum, and it was punching through one side, and denting the other.
Anyone have ideas for a good accurate pigeon popper that wouldn't put holes through the barn roof?

Eley Subsonic Hollow Xtr
Aguila Eley Prime Sniper SubSonic
Do not try
Remington 22 Subsonic
My Shotgun makes less noise than them.
Of course the interior design leaves something to be desired.

Not if you run them suppressed [:D]
This is what I run in my suppressed semi auto rifles. I run the Aguila 40gr SS in my suppressed bolt gun.

Paint ball guns do a number on pigeons also.

Yeah, but if the pidgeons doesn't die, they tend to make people nervous as they hop along - being all yellow, green, red and blue [:D]
Red Ryder[:D][:D]
No No No.....you'll put your eye out with it.
My other suggestion is the Crosman 2250XT. It is a .22 caliber gun, powered by an external CO2 tank. This is an airgun that has impressed me a lot.
Get a good ole' Benjamin, and adjust the power accordingly. Those Gamo air guns only look nice, I know two people who had them. One was returned to the store, the other is in pieces.

Second that one. I got one for my mom similar to that one. Its great on stump rats!
ARS Farco Co2 Air Shotgun 28 Ga.
The quite isn't that big of a factor, other then Gamo advertising that the gun is quite when in fact it isn't.
I do have a Red Rider, but I don't think it would kill a pigeon.
I am going to try some CCI rat shot rounds aganist a piece of extra steel roofing to see what it does at around 25'.
