wife requested that i make her my ham for her birthday. so of course i am obliging. here is what she wanted.
i take the glaze that comes with the ham, throw away the directions and add pure maple syrup to the powder. i heat that up and then baste it on. after that soaks in i cover it with a thicker cherry glaze and then top off with pineapple and cherries. slap that bad boy in the oven and slow cook at 275 to allow the flavors to meld.
