To come live in my house for a week to watch my dogs. Plus all the food is free. She placed an order for food.
Boarding would be cheaper but my big dog Bear is a rescue dog and i think it would stress him out to be put in a kennel.
She wanted 100 but my wife is paying 250.

We do the same for our pup. Friends or kids come and stay with her.
She's been a bit of a basket case since the lightning hit the house bad.
May the kindness you give Bear come back to you 100 fold.

Good on you Dave.
My dog is why I would not allow myself to be admitted this past Mon. for observation.
No way was I going to leave him locked in his crate for 72 hrs with no food or water.
My dog us a rescue also.
Good for you Sir.
Spike just thought he had been abandoned by everyone but when he saw a familiar face he started eating and drinking and perked right up. We never did that again it was to stressful for the dog. The cat didn't care.
We give her carte blanch to food and beverages while she is here.
Best bet for the critters.
They only charge $25 per day, which is not bad. 2 to 3 times a year even if I'm not heading out of town where I can take him, I take him to the doggie hotel so that he can go have fun with His buddies
BIG RESPECT!!!
I have not had good experiences with kennels. My dogs just do not like it.
