According to many folks....many on this forum. Mainly because of my view of government, which I find populated by corrupt slimy empty suits.

Tonight I listened to Clark Howard...the penny pinching multi-millionare that has a National Talk Show.

The topic of conversation tonight was the Corrupt Tax system...HIS words.
One CANNOT have a corrupt tax system...without corrupt little men running it.
One CANNOT have a corrupt tax system...without others in the government knowing about it...

Wonder...does this make it more real for you.....Coming from a Millionare ?

    They have to be corrupt. Who spends millions and millions of dollares to get a job that pays $200,000 a year unless they have some other agenda behind it. I know I sure wouldn't.

    The only one I ever seen that I thought might have just a small shred of truth to him ( although I am sure he had some sort of hidden agenda too, And I'm not saying he would have made a great president either) was Ross Perot

    What is the problem with being a millionaire?
    Are you that filled with class envy?

    Clark is super cheap, works really hard to help people save money and learn about how to use their money wisely.
    If he shouldn't be a millionaire, then I don't know who should.

    BY the way he is saying to adopt a system where corrupt gov't cannot influence it nearly as much, not that we have to accept corruption

    Penny-pinching is a time-honored custom around my place.

    As far as rich-bashing...I do indeed bash the rich that inherited it..or the 'self-made man'..(Aka Rush Limbaugh) that has a rich daddy and grand-daddy that smoothed the path in front..then said grippe proceeds to proclaim how 'anybody can do it'..
    Instantly anybody that isn't jetting around in Corvettes and jet planes isn't intelligent enough to breath....
