In Miami, rush hour traffic was noticibly less conjested.
During my travels to construction sites, I did notice less workers. Haven't seen the local news yet, so I don't know the turnout at the planned rallies. All I can say there was a difference. But remember, I live in Miami. We have Mexicans, Cubans, Haitians, every South American nationality, we even got Russians. You name it and we got'em.[:(] Most are illegals.[:(!] Got 7 more years till I retire and I'm outta here!!!

Did not seem to be a problem where I am. I saw Hispanics in their ratty trucks doing landscaping, buying supplys at the hardware store, and shopping at the market.
The only unusual thing I saw was a Mexican Restaurant closed, and they may have gone out of business weeks ago for all I know. The one I have eaten at in the past was open for business.

...local news just said the protests, fizzled, compared to the ones a few weeks ago, so sad...[;)]

...I don't think most Americans want ANYTHING shoved down their throats, exspecially by someone here, whats ain't sposed to be here to start with...

My wife said that the commute into work was just as bad as it always is.

I did a lot of shopping today, but in all honesty, where I shopped (Dick's Sports, Gander Mountain, Sportsman's Warehouse) it would normally be dead on a Monday during work-time hours.

But I was still happy to spend my money for places that weren't catering to illegals.

I wandered around lost all day. Barely found my way to work. Had to eat some stale crackers for lunch. I can't find my way home. Hope this never happens again!
It's too late for me, save yourself.
