Here were my thoughts:
Pay for a regular plan. Then add 20 bucks for the wifi data.
Sit in the car and run gasoline to get air conditioning. Pollute the air. Buy more gas. Or stand outside in the sun and you can't read the screen of your tablet or laptop.
You would be better off to hike to that waterfall.
Or stay home.
