Always something going on in the trailer park. Here we see some white trash, with a mullet being arrested, after stealing a motor off an F-16. Military officials say the was wearing a GunBroker t shirt and driving an SS El Camino , orange in color. A warrant has been issued for his arrest for a bad hair cut[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D] Just kidding with you Gary. [;)][:D]

When was that? I had a school buddy lived in there in grade school. Up until 6th grade I lived about across the road from the front gate of the AFB.

    Breaking news:
The Cessna sported a Confederate Battle Flag on the tail section.
A live feed was sent to the white house and BO called on a black pilot from the nearest air base to eradicate yet another piece of American history.
    "Mission Accomplished!"
    Arrivederci gigi

Tragic- Somehow I got a feeling the Cessna was in the wrong air space or the F-16 was doing an illegal low altitude pass. Seems that F-16 would have seen the Cessna at least 30 miles out.

Unless that fighter pilot had all his radar gear malfunction or turned off, their is no way this was an ACCIDENT...
His instruments should have warned him long in advance of a mid air collision.
I place the blame squarely on the Fighter pilot...
    As mentioned,he was probably "HOT-DOGGIN" it!![V]

I believe that was an A-10. The pilot was buzzing his parents' home and lost power.
I remember being on Lake Marion and seeing F-16s fly over the lake at less than 1000' and 400+ mph.quote:Originally posted by evileye fleagal

About the only time I see them hot shoeing it around here is if they are chasing/intercepting Ruskies offshore or it's an International figure flying in with restricted airspace.

Funny thing about Shortwave "Skyking Air Traffic" You don't don't know if it is serious, general chatter, or ordering a Ham Sandwich.[:D]

For ten years I had a hanger and flew my Cessna 150 out of a grass strip south of Ozark, AR. The C130s out of Jacksonville, AR would make low altitude flights at 1500 ft altitude which was our pattern altitude. A call to the Arkansas Aviation Authority stopped that real quick.

Now, I remember the part about him buzzing his parents place. We were just moving back to Charleston that summer from Richmond. We were West of the Ashley then so I rarely went up Dorchester Rd except once or twice to see old friends.
