35 Cal Handguns...

Typical CNN Reporting.

De Caro stood in front of a nightstand, where they had placed their legal, .35-caliber handguns. When the thug grabbed a briefcase and began firing at him, De Caro shot back as Russell ducked behind a piece of furniture.

But really folks, what do you expect at a motel 6.

Yet, neither are referred to as 35 caliber.... I saw one other story saying it was a 9, and this NBC story totally contradicts most of the others....

Good odds it was a simple typo. Good odds it was lousy copy checking too before the story went out. Pretty common in journalism these days.

Sure glad they both survived and the animal was dead in the parking lot.

If it was not for BHOs pet peacock, CNN is probably the most bias network on TV today. Never in my days have I observed such open displays of bias in reporting and open political pandering of the democrat parties far left agenda.

    9mm is a 35 caliber bullet (.355).

Here in town. About three miles from my house. I keep wondering what two former CNN reporters are doing staying at Motel6. Last one I was in, I left because my feet stuck to the carpet, and the whole room looked like there had been a cherry jello war. He was shot 3 times and the robber was shot "several" times. He was the better shot.

Sounds like with a briefcase, a motel, things just started on the wrong foot
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

And when was the last time you heard any of those referred to as a 35 caliber? I'm going out on a limb and guess NEVER. Yes there are more than a few bullets that are in the range of .350 inches in diameter and other than a 35 Whelen and 35 Remington NONE of them are referred to as a 35. I also find it HIGHLY unlikely that a former special forces officer would have one of these as his carry weapon... And yes that is a 35 caliber handgun.
