Beef, Pork, Venison, Bison and chicken.

I need me tenderloins... on the BBQ, Roasted, crockpot, saut?ed, and shishkabobbed!

I love them tenderloins[:D]

    My wife loves tenderloins while I love the strip; so we get Porterhouse steaks and split it. WIN-WIN.

    I go crazy at the butcher shop, costco or grocery store. All that good tenderloin[^]

    Christmas roast
    4 lb beef tenderloin pierce and shove shaved garlic and butter in holes
    rub butter all over roast
    salt and pepper some fresh thyme
    475 15 minutes turn down to 350 for 10 more minutes
    allow to sit 10 minutes before slicing
    perfect every time!
    rare to med rare.....

    Late supper tonight will be some venison back strap. Cooked a nice medium rare and sliced into medallions. I've got some nice taters for baking and some poopake mushrooms. Time to throw that tater in now.

    One of my buddies took a whole beef tenderloin for Christmas, stuffed it with lobster tail and wrapped the whole thing in BACON.... It looked yummy....
