I got a wild hair tonight when I made a grilled cheese. I put jalapeno slices on it and it was great! I looked on the web to see if anyone else had made this discovery and sure enough, they had.
One post even had them with BACON!

Wanna jazz up that plain grilled cheese? Try it. Like a mouthful of poppers!
Bon Appetit!

The best grilled cheese ever made was Grandma's.
She used a folding clamp that looked like 2 skeet clay pigeons with the bread and cheese locked into it, then held over the open stove
    flame.[:p][:p][:p]

    like this but round.
