SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENINCIE.)) this scope is bullet proof with a lifetime warranty so how can this be. i know misstakes can be made but holy crap . seller took pics auctioned ,sold and then low and behold a defect was found from a NEW lifetime warranty scope . should i F feedback

If it was nib he just needs to order you a another nib scope.

As long as the seller leaves you good feedback, who cares? He pays the GB fees, life goes on.
2. He should deliver the scope. Maybe he didn't get his price and wants out. Maybe he sold it in his shop (dealer?) or to someone else before auction closed. Either way it's against auction rules. Report the incident to support.
