Bought as a service grade barreled receiver from CMP 11 yrs ago. It was new parkerizing and the barrel is not in the white at breach. MW 1 and TE 1 -1/2. I dont think it was ever assembled after setting chamber depth.
I used all NEW ( correct parts ) to assemble it per the M1 garand data sheets by Scott A Duff. Hand fited a boyds thinned tung oiled stock. It's beautimus and I have only put a few hundred rnds thru it. What can I expect to get for it as it is very close to a cmp correct grade but with all new parts. Thanks guys.

    I'd say $1000, easily.

Yep....the prices start off around there and go up, depending on who sees your auction.

Thank you everybody. I am going to double check my spec sheet to make sure but according to Duff's guide it is correct. I will give a heads up when I list it. It took me a while to get all the correct new parts. The new gas cylinder came from Italy ha ha.Thanks to all

Sell it before the Phillipines begins to dump all of theirs.

That's what I'm waiting for so I can get a decent quality garand at less than a grand.

Thank you. I would never try to pass it off as a correct grade other than trying to describe what shape it is in. A correct grade would have been cheaper than buying all new correct grade parts. I bought it as a project and got carried away using new parts instead of good used. I have the cmp certificate stating it was a barreled action for $300.00. I was surprized such a nice barreled receiver was on the rack and took it over to have it gauged .

I sold my first Garand and regretted it. I went back to CMP and bought a HRA CMP Special...I will not sell this one until I get really old or have a financial crisis.

I bought my M-1 From Mark Christian. The going price is about a grand. Nothing says you can't put your opening bid higher than that and let it ride for a while.
