Here is how the government can rebuke one branch to another branch yet no one is responsible or fined when The government takes away our Constitutional Rights!~What a three circus it is with the three branches of governments in reality!
They do whatever it takes to hold the power over we the people! Always has and always will. Absolute power corrupts absolutely!
Secret courts is why this happen and to say the people they relied on to save our fourth amendment is the cause is nothing but heresy to cover up their own crimes. Wake up!
The Supreme Court is nothing but a central communist committee that changes the very meaning Of The Constitution and Bill of Rights on the fly like giving marriage to same sex couples instead of a civil union.

The document, signed by Judge Rosemary M. Collyer, said the court had learned in a notice filed Oct. 26, 2016, that National Security Agency analysts had been conducting prohibited queries of databases ?with much greater frequency than had previously been disclosed to the court.?
It said a judge chastised the NSA?s inspector general and Office of Compliance for Operations for an ?institutional ?lack of candor? ? for failing to inform the court. It described the matter as ?a very serious Fourth Amendment issue.?
