6 Illegal Aliens SUE for the Right to Solicit Work

in new york city illegal aliens have been using a park to gather as day laborers. recently the city told the workers they couldnt gather there for the purposes of seeking work. naturally the ILLEGAL ALIENS are suing. they are being represented by the Dewey and Weber law firm and the latino rights law project. they claim the illegal aliens have constitution rights. how long before it is ruled illegal aliens have the right to vote ?

    The city did one HUUUUUUUUUUGE mistake

    It's not so much that the illegals have actively been using the park to seek jobs at...

    Or that they told them they couldn't use the park anymore...


    ..


    They should have rounded them up and sent them home - and kept at it.

    (while they're at it - perhaps the attorneys too)

    And you can go on and keep reading! No where does it say that an ILLEGAL ALIEN has constitutional rights! It specifically says "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES"!

    Don't think that the one-worlders won't find that illegals do have constitutional rights. It seems as if most anything that crowd wants to do is found to somehow be Constitutional.

    Look what has been done to the "right to keep and bear arms". Tell me that any of the infringements are constitutional.

    They will most likely win too. You as a tax payer will pay to get insulted yet again. There will not be an end of this type of law suit. Our enemies know we are a nation of laws. Politicans know they can pass laws and hold the purse strings on enforcement. Bad guys can use laws to continue bleeding us dry.

    Have I mentioned lately that GWB is a JERK for not controlling our borders?

    illegals already vote here in california. the next govenor of CA will be Antonio Villaregosa....son of illegal aliens, wants open borders, member of the ACLU, La Raza and La Mecha......in 10 years there will be enough hispanics in this country to elect him president......

    How can an Illegal Alien have standing in an American court? First thing I would make them do is prove they have some kind of standing.

    No Standing, no lawsuit. If they don't have any papers have the INS send them back. No complainant's, no lawsuit.

    Seems the most logical doesn't it. I think we need ol Joe Arpaio (sp) in charge of all this kind of nonsense!!!

    We might want to consider that as an option; there are several African countries that are hell bent on becoming devoid of human life. Between the genocide and the AIDS there might be plenty of land and natural resources for honest industrious people to build a darn fine Republic.
