Constitutional Carry has passed!

Thanks to the activism of National Association for Gun Rights members and supporters like you Constitutional Carry passed the State House by an overwhelming margin!

Senate Bill 45, already passed the State Senate earlier this year, and is expected to face a quick concurrence vote in the State Senate on a technical amendment.

That means it's time for the final phase of the legislative process: the Governor's Desk.

Please call Governor Sam Brownback today and urge him to sign Constitutional Carry, Senate Bill 45, as soon as it lands on his desk.

You can reach the Governor at 785-296-3232

For Freedom,

Signature
Dudley Brown
President

I'd about gar-un-damn-tee he signs it. Brownback is as pro Constitution and pro gun as any of the best of us here.

It means you don't have to grovel on your knees asking the nice government bureaucrat for a "permit" to carry your gun any way you see fit. It is a constitutional right, not a right needing a permit.
