you had mentioned that you were going to auction a Colt SP1 a few weeks ago ad I am wondering if I missed it?
Please plug it if you get it up and running. I will bid but probably not high enough to win it. Those things are getting spendy.

    Guys,

Just had to take a minute and brag about Kasey. Got a chance to meet at a local shop and grab a cup of coffee yesterday. I know most of you have never met her, but rest assured she and her family are the real deal.

She open, has great integrity, and seems to know everyone. Can talk about just about any subject.....

Deal with her with complete confidence.

You asked in my bad news thread": "Just wondering....did you see any other signs that high blood pressure was working so hard on you? I just ask because of the major stress I seem to feel sometimes. My ears have started turning red and heating up beyond anything "normal." My kids use it as an indicator on when to leave me alone these days."

No. One day I noticed I was having more trouble than usual focusing in on the newspaper and tried my reading glasses. Couldn't focus good with those either. I normally only used them for the fine printing in a phone book or the local buy-sell-trade guide. So I figured that my poor old tired eyes finally needed rechecking and new glasses. It had been 10 to 12 years since I had had them checked. So I set up an appointment with the local eye doc and that was the result.

It did not seem to be stress related at all. The local eye doctor told me it was similiar to a stroke in that the high blood pressure picked a weak walled vein and just blew a hole in it. Any questions on the situation feel free to email me.

My ears have always turned red and a white upside down V appears in the middle of my forehead when I get really mad. Thats when anyone who knows me knows enough to quietly sneak away before I blow a gasket.

Tried to call your shop several times today. Kept getting a busy signal.

Wanted to let you know that everything is headed your way (MO and FFL) for the Crickett.

It will be Little Duds first gun that he can call his own.

May have to get another one. For Little Dud has my youngest one all excited..

Kasey - Please review this thread: http://forums.gunbroker.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=523385

New York does NOT recognize C&R licenses for handgun purchases! I know you're trying to be helpful and C&R's are acceptable in most states but NOT in NY!

To receive or possess an unregistered handgun is a FELONY and we certainly don't need Mayor Bloomberg going on TV saying someone purchased an "illegal handgun" through Gunbroker!

Kasey - Your Navy Arms revolver is not a copy of a Model 1851 Colt Navy. It's a copy of a Confederate Griswold & Gunnison.

    Here's a picture of an original G&G:
