They looked normal except for the massive barrels.
I don't think they were over 1500. But that was a long time ago.
Anyone remember what I'm thinking of?
If I get another 10/22, I'd love to get the Tommy gun conversion for it.

would like one also. seen some pretty cool looking ones posted in the past. [^][^]
Someone was making 10/22 and mark III pistols with internal supression a few years back.

I think there is a guy down here in AZ doing that right now but I am not sure where he is located.

Now that's a beautiful rifle [8D] ....... Now picture it in blue or pink .... not so much.
It's about style and taste, not how much money you threw at it.

You could not have built that and done it right. At least thats the opinion of one poster.
quote:AND HOW MANY OF THEM ARE ABLE OR EVEN HAVE THE TOOLD TO TAKE A BOX-STORE 10/22 AND UP-GRADE IT TO COMPETTION SPEC. UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ENMILL AND THE KNOW HOW; THEN IT CAN NOT BE DONE.
SURE SOME OF THEM CAN CHANGE PARTS.IF THEY STARTED WITH A NEW GUN
THEN ALL THAT THEY HAVE DONE IS CHANGED PARTS, WHEN THEY ALREADY HAD A GUN WITH ALL NE PARTS.
DO YOU KNOW HOW TO SET THE HEAD SPACE ON A 10/22?
DO YOU KNOW HOW TO PREVENT STOVE PIPES.
WAKE-UP DUMMY GO TRY TO BULLY SOME ONE ELSE.AS YOU CAN NOT BULLY ME.

You really don't have to plug your auctions every time someone mentions a 10/22. [;)]
Matter of fact, I'd wager that this thread was created for the sole purpose of showing custom 10/22's that you didn't put together.

Wrong.
You are trying hard to rebuild what YOU almost destroyed yourself, Joe. Your attitude, as well as your mouth and keyboard, are your own worst enemies.
You don't build anything on your custom 10/22's. Receivers, barrels, none of it.
You fit parts, and that's it. You are using parts that someone else made, each and every one. You aren't fooling anyone. Using a milling machine, files, stones, or any other tool to FIT parts, does NOT mean you made the parts yourself. Someone else did 99.9% of the work, before you even laid eyes on the parts.
If you want people to believe that these guns are your creation, here's what you'll need to present. Let's seem some pictures of you forging the parts, or even casting them. Let's see some pictures of target showing the accuracy that you claim your guns are capable of producing. Pictures of you hand-fitting parts. Anything
Care to prove me wrong? You can't.
