quoting my civics teacher

my civics teacher, being the conserveitive he is was talking about how he supported the war on terror. He said that one of the people in the band Kiss voted for Bush on the reason that,"This is the war we have to win, because if we lose the whole world does." Then explaining to us how if we lose this war, terrosim will take over.

Do you aggree with him(stirring the pot)?

    I also tend to vote along with and model my politcal views after washed-up/has-been rock and rollers. For that reason I plan to consult with Peter Frampton before the 2008 presidential election.

    i dont agree with the war on terror. i finally got one of my liberal friends to explain to me why the islamic freedom fighters hate us and it made sense. i now see things from their point of view and i agree with them. i personally think america could benifit from a government dominated by islamic law. i say STOP the war on Al-Qaeda and let them run our lives and laws. Afganistan was correct to have a law that gives death to any Christian, I mean, these Christians have gone overboard in trying to brainwash people. I heard that they have even gone so far as to erect a CROSS in la jolla. talk about a THEOCRACY and violation of human rights !!!!

    VOTE NO ON THE WAR ON TERROR !!

    Hey gunz, I think Al's got you beat on the stiring the pot here....

    Having a war on terror is haveing a war to keep people from murdering people for the publicity. Unless you exterminate the whole human race or eliminate the media, %100 prevention ain't going to happen. So, what you need to do is kill the ones who are have already done the deed.

    If a bunch of pregnant Mexican women can sneak into this country, any terrorist could. No major attack has happend here, if you look at it rationally, terrorism is a secondary problem. As horrific as 9-11 was it wasn't that big a deal.

    There is absolutly no chance America is going to be taken over by Islamic fundementalists. Terrorism has only effected us by making us more aggressive...its the only way it could have been.

    So terrorism has failed as far as its stated goals. However, Osama's true political motivation was to make himself important and gain cult status. He has been successful because Bush & Co. have persued a flawed course.
