Help with listing an item

I am trying to list several items on GB and am having a problem or two. It has been awhile, but when I go to add the pictures, my Internet Explorer shuts down. I know there is a fix for this problem with IE that I had one time, but must have lost it. Can someone help me with that please?? Also, I have 10 plus pictures for each item and can't figure out how to put them on in order and keep them in that order on the auction. As I am putting them on they don't seem stay in order. Is there a way to re-arrange them on the auction site once they are loaded to the auction?? Help please. Thanks

    If you are using the advanced picture loader you must have JAVA turned on. The BASIC picture uploader should work on just about any browser and any computer. Even Macs and iPads.

    What is the difference between the basic picture loader and the advanced one if you know? The only way I can load any picture is to use Firefox. IE shut down the first time you click on the browse button and erases everything you have done in/on the auction so far. Help is appreciated. Thank
