The young lady who was attacked in Charleston, WV by a fellow and she grabbed a rake and the guy laid his gun down to get the rake from her; She grabs the gun and fires over her shoulder, hitting him in the head and killing him. Police find hammers, knives and handcuffs in the trunk of his ride and a list of intended victims. Now investigating a string of crimes from Nevada to here in WV. Time for a Medal.
