Neat rifle.

I have no idea if it's worth that much, I know I wouldn't pay that much, but I do like it.

Very nice rifle but I think that it's worth about half of the asking price.

Nice Winchester, screws look good, wood is proud and bluing edge wear is right.

Looks to have been used some but very well taken care of.

Way overpriced though in my opinion.

I have a take down in .32-20 in better condition, that I paid less than half that for a year ago.

How can any of you like that evil assault rifle?
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

Just imagine how dangerous it would be if it had a peep sight or a bayonet lug or if it was a take down. You could conceal half down each pants leg. Well, only if you have two legs of course.[:)][:(][:)]
Of course it probably would not be classified as an assault rifle if it had a 1/2 magazine.

In all seriousness, that gun WAS the "assault rifle" of its day. In fact, it wouldn't make a bad defense gun exactly as it is today.

If gun-haters ever manage to get rid of semi-autos, "high cap" repeaters like that will be next.

Any gun this guy touches is an "assault weapon".
