Mine has his is set for 5. That's ok during the week but try to sleep in on the weekend. Not happening.

5:30 is breakfast time.

Going back to standard time took about a week for them to adjust. As it is, I get play time with the little guys for half an hour before breakfast.

Works for them, works for me.

Solved that little problem years ago when I installed a doggy door. She gets up and goes whenever she gets the urge. No more carpet accidents when my wife and I stay out late or even overnight. [:D] One door leads from the laundry room out to the garage and one from the garage to the back yard. Great invention. [:D]

Get a Golden Retriever... I swear this dog sleeps 21 hours a day.

Weekends sometimes she will sleep till noon. Eat, do her business and then sleep till we eat supper then go back to sleep.

If we are at the beach or camping or out doing things, she is as active as we are, but if I am working from home (and or the wife) at least one of us most days then she is snoozed in a sunny spot or right near our feet.

That looks like our 2 dogs since I have been on vacation. I normally work the 2nd/3rd shift, so I'm up until 4am and the dogs go out for their last time between 2-4am. Now that I'm off, I have been getting to bed between midnight-2am and the dogs are both ready to go outside by 6am.
