    The bidder is not rated, if I were betting on it I'd say the transaction falls through.

    I think they are rare. They don't import them anymore and the ones they did probably broke the first couple times they shot them. A couple weeks back we had a thread called "worst gun you ever shot" the RG guns appeared more often than any other single make. I dont think there is a RG made that's worth a hundred bucks.

    Seller and buyer are BOTH goofy. They both seem to be afflicted with "Antiques Roadshow-itis". That is, the perception that because something is (relatively) rare, old, or unusual, it's worth big bucks. That RG would bring $40 or $50 in this area (eastern PA), from a buyer who either can't afford or won't pay for better quality. $200 to $250 is insane.
