The 12th Man

The Aggies will not have the full benefit of their legendary 12th Man this Thanksgiving Night, since they will be playing the Longhorns in Austin and not at home on Kyle Field. Tomorrow's game will mark the 115th football meeting between the schools. What a great way to finish off Thanksgiving day!

No matter how the teams play all year. There is no game like that on Thanksgiving day. No other game matters. Wish I was at yell practice tonight. Then head over to the chicken with a freebird in each hand!

    Go AGGS!

A&M connects on a pass play to make it Horns 42, Aggies 9 with 11:23 left in the game.

Yes it will be a long drive back to Bryan.

On another note, it sounds like Oklahoma will have the Big-12 Championship wrapped up with a win against Oklahoma State. It seems that Texas' only hope to win their conference will be for the Cowboys to beat the Sooners, and I don't see that happening, but who knows. In consideration of this thinking, the following note needs to be uppermost in the minds of those who vote in the polls since it is not likely that the computer polls will pick up on such a little known, but important fact:

The 40-point win was the largest in the rivalry since a 48-0 Texas victory in 1898.

I think Texas gets the nod in the Big 12 South. They won the head to head matchup, on a neutral field.

Oklahoma beat Tech, but they did it on their own field.

If OSU wins, won't that put Tech in first place since they beat the Horns?

Kimi we have three great teams this year in the south . There should be a play off system to determine the best team. No matter who takes or in this case is given the shot in the big twelve championship .I will be pulling for whom ever in the National Championship. Big 12 South RULES GO SOOONERS.

PS I don't think the north has a chance to win against any of the south teams. quote:Originally posted by kimi
