speedbuggy16v
you may be right but I could have sworn I have seen one with a 390 in it. Maybe it was swapped, or I am wrong lol
Me and a bunch of my buddies were bored out of our minds one night.
We towed it out to the boonies and burned it to the ground.
That started a great tradition of car burnings. We've done 6 or 7 since then.
The tenant before me at a house I rented left one behind. It was full of trash, didn't run, was basically rotted out.

Ever think about hiding one of your dead bodies in there?
Fast little car.

Mine was red. Previous owner had blacked out the back panel around the tail lights. I added over-sized Goodyear tires and chrome reverse wheels. Also added an 8-track tape player. I thought it was a sharp little car.
I drove the fool out of it and it always ran and held together. I wish I still had it.
Slect, thanks for the link an the Stallion. We just figured out yesterday what it was. The kid was looking on the internet and found out that it was a Stallion. I knew that horse decal was factory, but that's all I knew. I'll study that link you posted.
It's in pretty cood shape for spending it's life in this rusty, rainy country.

I swapped a Gale Banks built 289/4 speed into my '70, stuck in a 4:57 Equa-Lok 9" and went racing !!
I used to drive it from my house in Duarte to Irwindale Drag Strip, with open headers and wrinkle walls - Oh yeah - never did have plates for it.
It ran consistent 12.2s.
I'd like to have it again.

At first, but then we realized that there were way too many people involved in the burnings for someone to not think to look there.
