asparagus for breakfast today

Fried Spam and sunny side up eggs topped with grilled asparagus and chipotle flavored cheddar cheese melted on top. Deelicious! Washed down with large mug of Tetly's black tea, unsweetened.

Starting to eat no sugar, no grain. Want to start ketosis and burn up my stored fat. Could probably hibernate until next winter with current fat reserves and have decided I can no longer tolerate being this large. High fat and low carbs. Hope it works.

It will work. In a few days without sugar you will feel much better. Sugar is so addictive and is pure poison. If I had a kid they would never taste sugar. Hang tough Brother, it will be worth it. It's a very simple process but it's not easy. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.

Asparagus season is here. I have a friend who has a couple acres all organic but it is a 1 hour drive one way to get to his place.

Have some of the bacon spam in the pantry. All good! Haven't tried the turkey variety yet.

    We love asparagus !!!!
After years of working at it, I now can grill it so perfect and so good. We even like it raw, cut up in salids.

asparagus ......... had oodles of it growing wild on the farm.

Used to have to go out and cut it for Mom. You have to cut the stalks just below ground level so it will come back...sharp paring knife works well.

Tried it once, never cared for it. Certainly not to my taste.

Grilled is the only way to eat it. Used to hate it till I tried it that way.

It'll work, but for the love of Jesus and America find better food to eat that meets those requirements.
